Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. Any return request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request Cancellation

Contact us using the details provided on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and registered email address or mobile number.

Submitting a request does not confirm cancellation. Our team will check your order status and confirm whether it can be cancelled.

Customised Products

Orders for customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refunds

For approved cancellations of prepaid orders, the amount paid for the cancelled items, along with any applicable shipping charges, will be refunded to the original payment method. Our team will confirm the expected refund timeline. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For cash-on-delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is applicable because no payment has been collected.

Cancellation by Ulike Furnishings

We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, or delivery limitations. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount collected against the cancelled order.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer laws.
